I have a particular interest for the Japanese traditional food as I run a private sushi-man service. I go to customers houses with all the gear needed and I make sushis in their houses. I called it The Ronin, sushi-man at home. :D I really like the name because i don't have a master (boss) and i travel the roads hehehe it is all in the concept! :D So anyways, lately I was thinking it would be nice to offer a traditional Japanese menu that is not sushi! So one more reason for me to come to Japan and meet people is to learn the real traditional genuine Japanese cuisine!
With all the social, economic and ecologic issues humans are going through we think that our specie needs to connect together and share anything that can help build a network of life loving, peaceful and autonomous people. We don't watch tv much, we grow a garden, we repair things and usually buy second hand. That is our way to hack our broken system. It is an everyday learning process because like most of us, we were raised in dependency of the global system without attachment to the land and mother Earth. I like the idea of educating my son to be a responsible citizen of the world. Eventually I will own some land and be as autonomous on food and energy as I can be.
I like to play video games, rpgs, larp and go out camping. I like History with a capital H. Culture in general and food of course! I like to eat and taste new food. I am particularly concerned over the global politics and the way things are run on a global scale so i try to learn about everything I can on eco construction, small scale clean energy systems, food and water production, etc... in fact, anything useful to opt out one day. I have to learn a lot. Anyone who can share experiences and knowledge on these subjects are more than welcome to share!
